The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor admits qualiﬁed students of any race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, age, disability, or nationality and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

This school is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students. The university is a private institution and reserves the right to deny admission to an applicant for any lawful reason.
